I don`t know guys... but there`s something wrong with his diet. Was is really necessary ? I mean, I know he has to eat a lot and that his muscles would diminish faster than ours if he stopped eating even for a little bit, but still.... couldn`t he make a high protein smoothie and sip throughout the day between 3-4 ``normal`` meals ? What do you guys think? Was it over the top or a must for him to eat in that style ?

I have a picture with Arnold Schwarzenegger. My father, brother and myself played a round of golf with him in Sun Valley Idaho. This was in the summer of 2000 and was completely unplanned and unexpected. He makes absolutely garbage movies in the last couple decades. He is a complete sellout Hollywood liberal (“screw your freedoms!”). He is a sellout to whoever pays him money (garbage commercials). If this isnt mentally ill i dont know what is. Serious issues. I eat one a day and my nickname is tarzan and hercules. He is contradicting as he said he doesn't care what it tastes like. Then eat your eggs and meat raw.

I eat 5 to 6 times a day I train twice a day and I poop probably 4 to 5 times daily. I have gained 35 lbs of muscle this year. Train hard, eat right, sleep tight and build muscle !!
